The United Arab Emirates thinks so.

UAE는 그렇게 생각하고 있습니다.

Recently, the country's government announced it had selected 60 "chief happiness and positivity officers" to travel abroad to study happiness and how to spread it.

최근 UAE 정부는 60명의 최고 행복 및 긍정성 위원을 선정했고 이들이 해외로 나가 행복을 공부하고 그것을 어떻게 확산시킬지를 연구하도록 한다고 알렸습니다.
